For the lymphatic glands on the legs: Apply a few drops beginning at the ankles rubbing in an upward direction. Then, behind the knees apply moving upward toward the heart.

For the lymphatic glands under the arm pit: Apply a few drops to your fingertips upward under the arm and then rub towards the heart.

For the lymphatic glands at the jaw line: Place a few drops on our fingertips and begin applying in a circular motion beginning at the chin. Gently rub under the chin in circular motions back toward the ears and then down the side of the neck.
