AGATE (Blue Lace)

 Agate:  There are many varieties of agates.  Their varying colors effect different  chakras and elements.  This mineral is a member of the Quartz family.

Chakra:  Throat                   

Element: Water

Body:  Agate soothes the throat. It balances the throat and thymus. It relieves  a sore throat, laryngitis and other throat disorders.

Mind:  Agate improves clarity of the mind and the ability to speak one’s truth.

Spirit:  Agate can help us communicate with our highest self and spirit guides.  Agate and clear crystal can promote your memory.

AMBER

Amber: Amber is not a mineral; it is a resin that often contains fossilized plants              and insects.  It varies in color from yellow to a brownish red.

Chakra:  Solar Plexus and Navel

Element:  Earth

Body:  Amber heals and energizes which has a warming effect on the body.             Amber can improve digestion and energize sluggish organs and glands. It can have a positive effect on the endocrine system, spleen and heart.  The property of light in Amber draws out infections in the body.  It can  be used to keep your aura clear from lingering and re-occuring negativity. 

Mind:  Amber can be used to assist in the remembrance of past lives.  It is very helpful in clearing the mind of negativity and depression.

Spirit:  Amber is a source of light that can lead the way in shamanic journeys. Amber can be worn for protection. It can also assist one in connecting with beings of light.

AMETHYST

 Amethyst:  Amethyst is from the Quartz family.  This beautiful stone varies from pale to deep purple.   The Greeks believed that Amethyst would prevent intoxication, calm anger and ease frustrated passion.

Chakra:  Third Eye, Crown and Etheric

Element:  Wind

Body:    Amethyst stimulates your brain function and intuition. Amethyst increases the production of hormones which effects the endocrine system in a very positive way.  It cleanses your blood and improves your digestive and eliminating system.  It strengthens your immune system, lungs and respiratory tract.  Aids one from overindulging  in smoking, drinking and drug use.  It raises your energy level.  Amethyst  is enhanced when worn with Hematite and Magnetite.   

Mind:    Amethyst is the perfect stone to have with you when you meditate. It allows you to communicate with Divine Guidance.  Amethyst opens your third eye which enhances your intuition and psychic abilities.

Spirit:    Amethyst is a protection stone.  It can be worn as protection from psychic         attacks.  Amethyst when combined with Moldavite raises you to a level so that lower energies can not be around you.   Amethyst and Sugilite enhances your ability to release addictions.  Amethyst’s protection qualities are enhanced when combined with Black Tourmaline, Obsidian Healer’s Gold and Jet .  A geode can also be placed in a room or doorway for protection.

AQUAMARINE

Aquamarine: Aquamarine is a blue to blue – green beryllium aluminum silicate                 mineral.  It’s name means “ water of the sea” and was used for good luck by sailors.  It is also known as a stone of eternal youth and happiness.

Chakra:  Throat and Heart

Element: Water

Body:     Aquamarine aligns the chakras and protects your aura.  It clears the              throat, pituitary and thyroid glands.  It also has a positive effect on throat disorders such a laryngitis and strep throat.  Aquamarine also calms  skin diseases such as eczema, rosacea and psoriasis.

 Mind:     Aquamarine clears and calms the mind.  It helps you get in touch with your subconscious mind.  It enhances self expression and communication. Aquamarine helps you release anger and grief.  It also helps you let go of  what is not for your highest good.

Spirit:     Aquamarine stimulates your intuition and promotes clairvoyance. When you combine Aquamarine with Morganite it enhance your ability to express love and compassion for yourself and others. When combined with Larimar, Chrysocolla, Turquoise and Blue Topaz you connect with your feminine side.

AVENTURINE (GREEN)

Aventurine:  Aventurine is a quartz which has a variety of colors.  Green effects the heart chakra.  Blue Aventurine relates to the throat chakra. Red Aventurine effects the Third Eye and Root Chakras. Green Aventurine is known to be the stone of prosperity and good fortune.

Chakra:   Heart

Element:  Water and Earth

Body:  Aventurine has a healing effect on the heart and circulatory system. It assist cell repair and regrowth.  It revives your life force.

Mind:  Aventurine assist one in making decisions and accepting change.  It promotes optimism and creativity.

Spirit:  Aventurine protects the heart against psychic attacks.  It releases anger and promotes empathy and understanding.  Aventurine is enhanced when combined with Moonstone, Morganite, Pink and Green Tourmaline.  Any combination enables your heart to send and receive love at a higher level.

AZURITE

Azurite:  Azurite is a copper carbonate mineral.  It is a deep blue color and often found with flecks of malachite.

Chakra:  Third eye and Crown 

Element: Wind

Body:  Azurite has a healing effect on the brain.  Azurite helps to relieve migraines and headaches.  It is a very effective stone for vertigo.

Mind:  Azurite gives clarity and enhances your memory.  It is also helps you understand and let go of old belief systems with courage. 

Spirit:  Azurite heightens ones intuition and is a wonderful stone to use when  meditating.  It raises your spiritual consciousness.

YELLOW OR GOLDEN CALCITE

Yellow or Golden Calcite: Calcite is a crystal that comes in many colors. Clear, Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow, Honey, Pink Opaque or Pink Transparent, Red, Stellar Beam and Merkabite Calcites. Clear Calcite opens up all the chakras. They all work well together. All Calcites remove blockages and helps the flow of energy in the Chakras and Meridians.

Chakras:  Sacral and Solar Plexus, 

Element:  Fire

Body:  Yellow and golden calcite aids the digestives system and enhances the elimination process. Calcite aids the endocrine system and helps to balance hormones.  Calcite strengthens the pancreas.

Mind:  Yellow and golden calcite is an excellent stone for meditating.  They enhance mental clarity and helps one to focus.  Brings out one’s creativity.

Spirit:  Yellow and golden calcite strengthens one’s will. Aids depressions and lifts ones spirit.  Calcites promote self confidence and courage. Carnelian and Orange Calcite enhance one’s sexually and creativity.

CARNELIAN

Carnelian:  Carnelian ranges from a pale orange to a deep red orange.  It is a member of the quartz family.

Chakra:  Root, Sacral, and Navel

Element:  Fire

Body:  Carnelian has a positive effect on the reproductive organs.  It enhances fertility and impotency.  Carnelian aids in the absorption of vitamins and minerals.  It also aids one’s body when detoxifying from alcohol and drugs.

Mind:  Carnelian gives courage, confidence, and the power to express one’s self sexually when worn.  It also encourages one to action and make needed  changes.          

Spirit:  Carnelian lifts one’s spirit so that one speaks boldly and with conviction. One often becomes very passionate.  The characteristics of Carnelian are enhanced when used with Moldavite at the heart chakra, Phenacite at the third eye chakra and Danburite at the crown chakra.  You will vibrate.

CHAROITE

Chariote:  Chariote is a mineral that’s color ranges from lilac to a deep purple. This stone sometimes has black and gold in its veining pattern.

Chakras:   Earthstar (below the feet), Root, Solar Plexus, Third Eye, Crown and Soul Star (Etheric).

Element:  Wind

Body: Chariote has a very cleansing effect on the body.  It clears the eyes, removes fear from our hearts and repairs the liver and pancreas.  It is very grounding and a wonderful stone for healers because it opens the Soul Star, Crown and Third Eye and yet grounds you with the Earth Star Root and Solar Plexus Chakras.

Mind: Chariote helps one remember past lives and helps one learn from these experiences.  It also helps one to remember our life’s purpose and not confuse our purpose with another’s. 

Spirit: Chariote purifies and cleanses our aura.  It is a very protective stone. To intensify the Purple Ray combines with Sugilite, Jet, Smoky Quartz, and Black Tourmaline.

CHRYSOCOLLA

Chrysocolla:  Chrysocolla is a crystal system that is amorphous.  Its color ranges from green to blue and often is turquoise.  There are often veins of black and brown.

Chakras:   Root, Heart and Throat

Element:   Water

Body: Chrysocolla has a very healing effect on sore throats and laryngitis.  It can also help to regulate the thyroid and adrenal glands.

Mind: Chrysocolla has the ability to assist in the release of fear, stress and anxiety.  This stone helps on to speak profoundly with grace and truth.

Spirit: Chrysocolla opens the heart and throat chakra so that one may speak words that are Divinely Guided.  Chrysocolla enhances scared sounds and words when singing, chanting or speaking. Chrysocolla and Azeztulite increases the vibration for channeling and communication with other spiritual realms.

CHRYSOPHASE

 Chrysophase:  Chrysophase is a green Chalcedony which is a member of the quartz family. Its color ranges from apple green to a very brilliant green.  It has a pure Green Ray and is known as a stone of the heart.

Chakras:  Solar Plexus and Heart

Element:  Water

Body:   Chrysophase can regenerate the heart and promote a strong and positive outlook.

Mind:    Chrysophase helps to release fear and dwell in the truth of the heart.  It promotes forgiveness for one’s self and others.  It is a wonderful stone for meditation as it connects the heart with the will of the solar plexus.

Spirit:   Chrysophase can connect you with the spirits of fairies, divas and other earth spirits.  When combined with Kunzite or Morganite the love in your heart is intensified.  When combined with Phenacite and Azeztulite the heart’s wisdom and connection to others are clearly seen and felt.

CITRINE

Citrine:    Citrine is a member of the quartz family.  Its color varies from a pale yellow to an amber color. 

Chakras:  Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root

Element:  Fire

Body:  Citrine aids the endocrine system and balances ones rate of metabolism. Citrine also increases ones strength and level of energy.

Mind:  Citrine is a wonderful stone to manifest with because it opens the root, sacral and solar plexus chakras.  When our deep rooted desires and will are merged with our creativity we then manifest for our highest good. Citrine enhances mental clarity.

Spirit:   Citrine lifts the spirit to a level that allows the physical to accomplish all that one desires to manifest.  Citrine increases one’s creativity when combined with Zincite, Orange Calcite and Carnelian.
